as online booking of air-tickets, buses hotels, and car
rentals through its website (www.Bookalltrip.com).
All the travel related information regarding the pricing,
availability and reservations for airlines, buses, hotels,
car rentals, and holiday packages (referred to as "Service")
is provided by Bookalltrip.com. The User can avail this
service at any time throughout the year as is offered by the
Service Providers (third party vendors like airlines,
hotels, etc.)
This User Agreement is applicable to
all the services provided by Bookalltrip.com. In addition to
this Agreement, the user shall be required to read and
accept the relevant terms and conditions of each of the
services ("TOS") opted for by the User which shall be deemed
to be a part of this Agreement and in case of any conflict
between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this
agreement should prevail. Each such service may be
restructured or modified by Bookalltrip.com from time to
time.
Bookalltrip.com services are offered to the
User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all
the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this
Agreement and the TOS, as may be applicable from time to
time. In case of any disagreement with any part of such
terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail
Bookalltrip.com services.
In addition, terms and
guidelines may also be provided by the Service Provider
itself that govern particular features, offers or the
operating rules and policies applicable to each service (eg.
flights, hotel reservations, etc.). The User shall be
responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and
guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service
Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms
and conditions set forth in a Service Provider's fare rules,
contract of carriage or other rules.
Bookalltrip.com
at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept
any customer order without assigning any reason. Any
contract to provide any service by Bookalltrip.com is not
complete until full money towards the service is received
from the customer and accepted by Bookalltrip.com.
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Abroadtrip.com will charge Rs. 450 per person per segment as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact Abroadtrip.com Customer Care at 91-7666022203 or 02232205236 For international flight bookings, call 91-7666022203 For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 450 per person per segment , over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
For rescheduling, Abroadtrip.com will charge Rs. 300 per person per segment as standard rescheduling charges.
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Abroadtrip.com Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the paper ticket to the following address:

On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 72 working hours from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket.
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Bookalltrip.com on its website in accordance of which Bookalltrip.com contacts, solicits the User or shares the User's information. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.
Unless otherwise specified, Bookalltrip.com services are solely for the User's personal use and not for commercial use. The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the website without the express written approval from Bookalltrip.com.
All information, software, products, and services are provided "As is" and "As available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
